Daniel and Miguel made our tailor made viewing so personalised and enjoyable we cannot recommend them enough. The tour was conducted in English and explanations were great: entertaining and accurate. He covered of course the wildlife of the area, but also it's geology, exploitation and history. We genuinely enjoyed the tour and getting to know the Sierra. We spotted many animal species, some of which are unique to Spain, and others which are endangered (in Spanish): rabilargo, pinzón, buitre negro, buitre leonado, águila imperial, cernícalo común, mochuelo, avión roquero, búho real (canto), cormorán, lagarto ocelado, ciervo, gamo, Ibex ibérico, cabra montés, conejo. He was extremely knowledgeable due to his vast experience working in conservation, and can spot animals keenly. We saw deer, moufflon, a variety of birds, and a family of lynxes. An absolutely amazing experience that I will surely repeat. If you’re a wildlife photographer visiting Spain, this tour is a must. Pond photo hide
This hide is focus on the small birds of the mediterranean forest, where you can photograph this colorfull species and enjoy their sounds.

Species You May Encounter
Iberian lynx, red deer, rabbit, red leg partridge, azure-winged magpie, spanish woodpecker, common chaffinch, great tit, nuthatch, hawfinch, and many others that come to drink from the pond.

Nestled in a small valley, this hide allows you to photograph the colourful birds of the Mediterranean forest while listening to their songs—the soundtrack of the woods. The presence of water, partridges, and rabbits also makes it a favourite stop for the Iberian lynx.
The hide is built from insulated panels, features two one-way glass windows (one at ground level), electricity points, and a chemical toilet. It accommodates up to five people comfortably.

You contribute to the conservation
The book contributes to the conservation of the Ecological Reserve on The Hill
Naturoots started in the year 2017, the management of the farm on The Hill (Sierra Andújar).
Shortly after, we get this natural area was declared the Ecological Reserve, a figure targeted to the conservation that is given to private farms in Andalusia.
Thanks to the income of the Path of the Lynx and other experience we've increased the population of rabbits monte (essential in this ecosystem).
To do this, we built dens auxiliary. And also we have created the only source of water for wildlife during the summer. Amphibians they love.
Below you have photos of your creation.
You what actually do!
