{"id":4555,"date":"2025-04-11T16:42:44","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T14:42:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naturoots.es\/?page_id=4555"},"modified":"2026-07-06T08:58:48","modified_gmt":"2026-07-06T06:58:48","slug":"politica-de-contratacion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/naturoots.es\/en\/politica-de-contratacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edtica de contrataci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naturoots applies the following cancellation policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation of the booking shall entitle us to retain, by way of compensation, the following percentage of the deposit required:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00b7 20 per cent if the cancellation is made more than thirty days before the date set for the activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00b7 50 per cent where the activity takes place within thirty days or less and more than seven days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00b7 100 per cent if booked less than seven days before the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the customer fails to attend on the day of the event, they will be required to pay the outstanding balance to bring the total to 100 per cent of the agreed price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>NOTA:<\/strong>&nbsp;Should it be necessary, for any reason, to change the dates of the activity booked with Naturoots, Naturoots will accept the change provided that there is availability and that the new date falls within the following three months; the new booking must also be confirmed by email or WhatsApp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Books<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bookings are not confirmed until 50 per cent of the total cost of the activity has been paid into Naturoots\u2019 current account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations cannot be made on the grounds of weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Naturoots aplica la siguiente pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n: La anulaci\u00f3n de la reserva dar\u00e1 derecho a retener, en concepto de indemnizaci\u00f3n, el siguiente porcentaje de la se\u00f1al exigida: Si el cliente no se personara llegada la fecha de la actividad, se le reclamar\u00e1 el resto del pago hasta completar el 100% del precio acordado.
