Publicado en Dawn 53 We were so impressed with the service provided by Naturoots on our trip to Andujar to view the Iberian Lynx in early November . Daniel and Miguel made our tailor made viewing so personalised and enjoyable we cannot recommend them enough. Everything we wanted to see was made fulfilled due to the knowledge and enthusiasm of our guide Miguel. He did everything to make this trip one of the best wildlife viewing trips to Spain we have ever done, in fact we have travelled throughout the world in many countries, and have rated this experience among the best .Publicado en Irene Ayuso We recently did a 4x4 tour on the public part of the Sierra de Andújar with our guide Miguel Angel. The tour was conducted in English and explanations were great: entertaining and accurate. He covered of course the wildlife of the area, but also it's geology, exploitation and history. We genuinely enjoyed the tour and getting to know the Sierra. We spotted many animal species, some of which are unique to Spain, and others which are endangered (in Spanish): rabilargo, pinzón, buitre negro, buitre leonado, águila imperial, cernícalo común, mochuelo, avión roquero, búho real (canto), cormorán, lagarto ocelado, ciervo, gamo, Ibex ibérico, cabra montés, conejo. He was extremely knowledgeable due to his vast experience working in conservation, and can spot animals keenly. We saw deer, moufflon, a variety of birds, and a family of lynxes.
