WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE?
A full day divided into two five-hour sessions, adapted to daylight conditions. Artificial lighting is available for early morning and late afternoon sessions.

The Sierra de Andújar is the refuge of the iberian lynx, a species endemic to the iberian peninsula, which was on the verge of extinction. Thanks to conservation efforts, the iberian lynx has recovered part of its territory
Hides for Photography
Disponemos de hides con troneras situados en frente de una esplanda frecuenta por los linces. Las jornadas se dividen en dos sesiones de unas 5 horas, salvo en invierno que serán de jornada completa.

The photograph of the iberian lynx in its natural habitat is a unique experience. The environment of the hide is run by a family group in which we can observe adults, young adults and puppies
The Sierra de Andújar has the privilege of being the great stronghold of the iberian lynx, a species endemic to the iberian peninsula, which, due mainly to the destruction of habitat and the reduction of the populations of rabbit, it was on the brink of extinction by the beginning of the century, and, until recently, has held the dubious title of being the most endangered feline in the world. Luckily the situation was being operated on in time, and after great efforts ranging from the captive-breeding and reintroduction of the species to the reinforcement of populations of rabbit, lynx back to regain the territories which belong to him.
La jornada se divide en dos sesiones de alrededor de 5 horas, ajustándose los horarios a cada época del año.
Los hides, que ofrecen muy buenas garantías de éxito, son abiertos sin cristal espía, y las distancias a los animales pueden ir desde los 10 hasta los 100 metros, siendo lo más habitual distancias de alrededor de 20 metros. Está totalmente prohibido fumar y hacer ruido en el interior del hide, así como salir del mismo. Si surge algún problema se avisará al guía.
